Congratulations! You have been selected for the Campus for Finance – WHU New Year's Conference 2017 and we are looking forward to welcoming you on our campus on January 18 & 19, 2017. To make your visit as enjoyable and pleasant as possible, we have collected some valuable pieces of information regarding your participation.
We kindly ask you to pay the conference fee as soon as possible via our online tool by logging in to your account and clicking the “Campus for Finance – WHU New Year's Conference 2017” link. The fee will be displayed on the next screen. Please click “Pay Now” and follow the instructions to pay by credit card (VISA, MasterCard or AMEX) or via direct transaction from your bank account (only possible with a German bank account).
You will not incur any other expenses than the participation fee. Accommodation on the conference days and full catering are included. We ask you to pay the fee until December 5, 2016, to confirm your participation in the conference.

Free accommodation in one of our guest houses is included in your participation fee. You will receive a separate email once we have allocated you to a particular accommodation.
The campus of WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management in Vallendar is
located one hour from Frankfurt International Airport (FRA), Frankfurt
Hahn Airport (HHN) and Cologne/Bonn Airport (CGN).
From Frankfurt International Airport and Cologne/Bonn Airport you can
easily reach Vallendar by train. Arriving by train you can choose
between the small station directly in Vallendar and the central
station in Koblenz, where shuttles will be provided on the conference
days. Vallendar station is within walking distance from the WHU.
If you plan to arrive on Wednesday, January 18, 2017, please come directly to the Rhein-Mosel-Halle in Koblenz (Julius-Wegeler-Straße 4, 56068 Koblenz). After checking in, the Welcome Note will kick off the conference at 08:15 a.m.
