Arndt is the Founder and Managing Partner of Rautenberg & Company, a boutique advisory firm focused on transaction support for financial sponsors, their portfolio companies, and corporates. The firm’s services include Corporate Finance and M&A as well as Strategy and Value Creation, with a strong TMT sector focus.After his studies in Business Administration at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, Arndt began his career in 1994 at BCG. In 2000, he founded a technology investment and advisory firm, which he later successfully sold to Sapient, a NASDAQ-listed technology firm based in Cambridge, USA. Following several years as an Executive Board Member at Sapient, Arndt was appointed Chief Strategy Officer of Deutsche Telekom, responsible for group strategy development and portfolio management.After leaving Telekom – and spending a year sailing and working as an Operating Partner for a U.S. private equity firm – he founded Rautenberg & Company in 2014
