Dr. Goetzke is a Partner in Hengeler Mueller's Corporate M&A practice. She advises on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions. Her clients include private equity sponsors, listed companies, and family businesses, whom she counsels on mergers and acquisitions, public takeovers, auction processes (buy- and sell-side), co-investments, and corporate law. She has a particular focus on public takeovers. Dr. Goetzke studied at Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf (Dr. jur.) and the University of Nantes.
