Dr. Sascha Haghani has been a Managing Partner at Hannover Finanz GmbH since 2024 and serves as Chairman of the Investment Committee of HF Opportunities GmbH. Prior to this, he spent more than 32 years at Roland Berger, including ten years as CEO Germany and as Global Head of Restructuring, building the firm’s global restructuring and private equity practice. He brings extensive expertise in restructuring, performance improvement, M&A, financing, and private equity, and holds multiple supervisory and advisory board positions in family-owned businesses.
