Based in Frankfurt, Mr. Henning has been reporting on DACH deal activity at Bloomberg News since 2017, with a focus on takeovers, mergers, and IPOs across the region. Prior to joining Bloomberg, he covered M&A, IPOs, and the banking sector for The Wall Street Journal in Europe. He holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Bayreuth and a postgraduate diploma in Finance from Massey University in New Zealand, combining deep regional expertise with an international perspective on financial markets.
