Dr. Hendrik Otto is Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Deutsche Beteiligungs AG and Partner at Egon Zehnder. At Egon Zehnder, Dr. Otto advises medium-sized companies and international corporations on staffing and evaluation projects at top management level and supports them in their transformation processes. Previously, he was a member of the Management Board and COO at WEPA SE, a leading European manufacturer of hygiene towels. Before, he worked as a lawyer and Partner at the international law firm Mayer Brown LLP, focusing on corporate law and M&A.
