With more than 27 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, Klaus Wülfing is a Partner at Perella Weinberg, advising clients on complex strategic transactions with a strong focus on the DACH region. Based in London, he has been involved in many of the firm’s most prominent mandates, including landmark transactions for Covestro, Fortum/Uniper, HELLA, OSRAM, Vonovia, E.ON and Deutsche Wohnen. Prior to joining Perella Weinberg in 2007, Mr. Wülfing was a member of the European M&A Group at Credit Suisse. He holds a Diplom-Kaufmann degree from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, with additional studies at London Business School and Université Catholique de Louvain.
