Mr. Beck is Head of M&A for EMEA at UBS and a member of the Regional Leadership Group. With over 20 years of experience in investment banking, Mr. Beck has worked on numerous complex, cross-border M&A and financing transactions across the region, advising corporate clients, financial sponsors, and family offices. He holds an MA in Finance and Accounting from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and also studied at HEC Paris.
