Mr. Zahn is Head of DACH Equity Capital Markets at J.P. Morgan, where he advises corporate and financial sponsor clients in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland on equity and equity-linked financing. He joined J.P. Morgan in 2022, having previously served as Head of Nordic Equity Capital Markets at Goldman Sachs, with responsibility for originating and executing equity transactions across the region. Before joining Goldman Sachs, Mr. Zahn spent eight years at Morgan Stanley, working in its equity capital markets business and gaining extensive experience in European primary equity markets.
