Cevian invests in European listed companies across various sectors and manages a concentrated portfolio of 10-15 companies at a time, with an average holding period of c. 5 years. Cevian typically makes 1-3 new investments per year after conducting extensive fundamental research. This includes in-depth financial, commercial, and operational due diligence, and also involves site visits and meetings with senior executives and industry leaders. Cevian portfolio companies include ABB, CRH, Rexel, Pearson and Nordea.
