Carsten leads Bridgepoint’s investment activities in the DACH region, bringing decades of experience in private equity, M&A, operational efficiency, and digital transformation. Before joining Bridgepoint in 2019, he spent nearly 30 years at BCG, where he led operations in Germany, Austria, and Eastern Europe and was part of the European management team.
Carsten currently serves on the boards of Axplora, PTV Group, and Alpha FMC. He is also actively engaged in social initiatives, including serving as Chairman of the Board of Trustees at JOBLINGE, an organization dedicated to helping unemployed youth and refugees integrate into the labor market.
