As Global Head of Transaction & Investor Services at Roland Berger, Christof brings over 25 years of experience in private equity and strategic investment. He has led more than 700 buy-side and sell-side commercial due diligences for private equity firms and corporate investors.
Before joining Roland Berger in 2011, Christof was a Partner at a specialist global consultancy, where he played a key role in developing its private equity business in Germany. His background also includes experience in auditing and controlling.
He holds a Master of Science in Economics & Econometrics from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland, where he also worked as an assistant at the Institute for Empirical Economic Research.
