With a distinguished career in corporate finance and renewable energy, Dr. Husmann has played a key role in shaping Encavis AG, one of Europe’s leading independent power producers in renewable energy. After holding senior controlling and CFO positions at VEBA AG, Stinnes AG, and HOCHTIEF AG, he became CFO of Capital Stage AG in 2014. Following the merger with CHORUS Clean Energy AG, he helped establish Encavis AG in 2018, where he has served as CFO and, since 2023, as Spokesman of the Management Board.
Dr. Husmann studied Business Administration at Westphalian Wilhelms University and the Central University of Iowa, earning his doctorate at Ruhr-University Bochum.
