Gerrit is a member of EY’s European and Global Private Equity leadership team and previously served as EMEIA Private Equity Leader at EY (2019–2024), where he oversaw and coordinated all activities with large PE clients and their portfolio companies across all service lines.
Before joining EY in 2014, he spent 20 years in investment banking in London and Frankfurt, gaining extensive expertise in financial strategy, M&A, and private equity transactions.
Gerrit holds a degree as Diplom-Kaufmann from the European Business School (EBS) in Germany.
