Based in Zurich, Giovanna focuses on mid-market investments in the Business Services and Industrial sectors. With over 15 years of experience in private equity and investment banking, she has built strong partnerships with the German Mittelstand, first at 3i in Frankfurt and since 2018 at Altor.
Her career began in M&A at Morgan Stanley and strategy consulting at McKinsey & Company in Frankfurt and London. She is also actively shaping the industry as a Member of the Mid Market Council of Invest Europe and a co-founder of Level20 DACH, an initiative promoting gender diversity in private equity.
