Hajo Krösche

Hajo Krösche is a partner at Altor Equity Partners, a Swedish private equity firm that invests in mid-market companies in the Nordics and DACH. He joined Altor in 2022 from EQT, where he was a managing director and led investments in the technology sector, especially in software and digital marketplaces. He has a strong track record of successful transactions, such as the merger and exit of Forsta, a US-based customer insights platform, and is currently serving as the Chairman of Rillion, a leading provider of invoice automation solutions. He has over 14 years of experience in private equity and strategy consulting, having worked at Bain Capital and McKinsey before. With his wife and son, he is based in Zurich.
