Dr. Justus Heuer

Director, Rivean Capital

Dr. Justus Heuer is a Director based in Rivean Capital’s Frankfurt office. He was instrumental in the rollout of Rivean’s Portfolio Enhancement Program (PEP) in the DACH region and led the value creation programs at most of Rivean’s investments in the DACH region since 2018. Prior to joining Rivean, Dr. Heuer worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company’s private equity practice in Frankfurt. He holds a PhD in finance from Mannheim University, and a master’s degree in finance from St. Gallen University (Switzerland).
