Laura Schroeder

Director, KKR

Laura Schroeder joined KKR in 2021 and is a Director within the Private Equity team. Prior to joining KKR, Ms. Schroeder was a Principal at Advent International, focused on private equity investments in the consumer goods and industrial space. She started her career at 3i Group in 2011. Ms. Schroeder holds an MA in Banking and Finance from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland and is founding member of Level 20 Germany, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to improving gender diversity in the European private equity industry.
