Ralph Heuwing

Head of DACH, PAI Partners

Ralph joined PAI in 2020 as Partner and Head of our DACH Team in Munich. Ralph was previously CFO and member of the Executive Board at Knorr-Bremse, a world leading supplier to the commercial and rail vehicle industry, where he led the company‘s initial public offering (IPO). Prior to that, he was CFO and member of the Executive Board of MDAX listed Dürr, a leading global mechanical and plant engineering firm specializing in automation equipment for the automotive industry. Ralph also spent 17 years with the Boston Consulting Group where he was Managing Director, Partner and member of the Management Committee in Germany, and helped build the firm’s operations in India.
