Based in Frankfurt, Ronald is a member of Advent’s European Investment Advisory Committee and leads the firm’s global chemicals practice. He has played a key role in major investments, including Envalior, Caldic, Röhm, allnex, and Oxea.
Prior to joining Advent in 2005, Ronald worked for 3i in London and Frankfurt, where he was instrumental in establishing the firm’s chemicals practice. Before transitioning to private equity, he spent 10 years in the chemical industry at Degussa AG (now Evonik), gaining deep industry expertise.
