BIP is an active investor throughout Europe, with broad experience in a diversified range of industries. The investment approach allows individual capital solutions for various transaction types including expansion/growth capital, succession, buy-outs, corporate spin-offs or placement of minority stakes BIP currently manages two funds with total commitments of €235 million raised from a number of family offices as well as funds managed by Goldman Sachs Asset Management. BIP started the fundraising for a new fund (BIP IV) which will focus on private equity investments in the small- and lower mid-market in DACH and BeNeLux.
