Astrid Manroth
Director of Finance Strategy, European Climate Foundation
Astrid Manroth is a senior sustainable finance professional with over 20 years of experience in the private and public sector. She is the current Director of Finance Strategy at the European Climate Foundation. She started her career at J.P. Morgan Securities LLC in London after receiving her M.Sc. from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Afterwards, Manroth worked at the World Bank for 11 years, which included her role as a Senior Infrastructure Finance Specialist based in Cameroon. From 2014 to 2016, she was Managing Director and Head of Sustainable Investments Europe and Africa at Deutsche Bank Asset Management. Before joining the European Climate Foundation, she was Director of Operations at the African Development Bank.
