Dr. Peter Mrosik is the founder of Hidden Peak Capital. Previously, he worked at Strategic Value Partners, where, as Partner and a member of the Investment Committee, he held responsibility for the private equity business. Previously, Dr. Mrosik served as Partner and Managing Director at Alvarez & Marsal, a leading global restructuring adviser. Furthermore, he built up the company’s German practice. During his career, he was CEO of Eurobike AG/ Fairchild Sports Inc., CEO of Douglas Corporate Services GmbH and served as Head of Corporate Development and M&A, at Douglas Holding AG.
